By following our sales methodology we will partner with you to discover your business requirements through final roll out and on to support phase.

Business Requirements Phase.
This is one of the crucial phases to the entire project. Unlike many organizations that try to make “one size fit all” our approach is to understand your business. This phase allows us to work hand in hand with your organization and allow you to take a test drive of CRM so we can configure a solution that works the
way you do.

Process/Development Phase.
During this phase we will be working on implementing a CRM solution that meets your business needs. Utilizing the information captured in the first phase, we begin to customize CRM with your full input along the way. As part of this phase, we will work with your organization on your current sales process. We will help you develop a sales process that will allow you to get the most benefit out of your CRM solution.

Implementation Phase.
We will work with your I.T. team to begin installing CRM for a production environment. As part of this phase we will roll out CRM to a small test group to see CRM working in your production environment.

Training/Roll Out Phase.
During this phase we will train your CRM users on your CRM system. We believe in training users on what they will be using versus using a canned training program with screens and information that users will not use.

Support Phase.
Unlike some organizations that will leave you on your own, Roeing believes in long term partnerships. Our post implementation support is second to none. With 30 years in the business we will be here in any support capacity you need.
