Printing Issues
A few users have encountered issues with printing reports. Most often, we have found that this is can be solved by updating your printer driver. If you need to test your system to identify the source of a printing problem, you can use the following tool to do so.
You will need to download the zip file containing the two files for this printer test application. The first file, called 'PrinterTest.exe', is the test application. The second file, called 'sample.txt', is both the instructions and the file to print for the test. You need to download the zip file to your local machine (right click the link and select 'Save Target As'), extract it, read the instructions in the sample.txt, and then run the PrinterTest.exe.
