Athletic Scheduler

Roeing’s Athletic Scheduler enables Athletic Directors to easily and efficiently manage their day-to-day responsibilities. All resources: buildings, fields, vehicles, officials, and workers are effectively managed through one unified screen. Simple calendar views or reports of resource information allow ADs to manage multiple sports and team events. The Athletic Scheduler keeps keeps the AD on top of event scheduling and the current status of contract documents.

Features

The system generates calendars for events and resources. Athletic Directors can easily publish calendars for each team, for buses, officials, and volunteers. These calendars can be easily printed, emailed or published dynamically to the school’s web site.

Roeing’s Athletic Scheduler (RAS) will manage every aspect of multi-year contracts electronically.  Once the schedule is entered, including multiple year extensions, it can be printed, sent, signed and tracked without the use of fax, mail, or email.  For events with those schools who do not have RAS, contracts can be sent via email and entered manually.  In addition to the school team contracts, the Athletic Scheduler will also create and track officials' contracts.

Profiles of officials and other event workers are maintained to allow the AD to view only those individuals qualified to assist with a specific event or sport. By linking availability or qualifications of the individual to a sport or team, ADs can efficiently schedule the required staff for an event.  Contact information for officials includes multiple contact numbers and e-mail.  The status of the official contract is maintained along with the event information.

Profiles of schools are entered and maintained by Roeing.  Contact information includes phone number, address, and e-mail addresses.  This information is used when generating contracts and other correspondence between schools.

RAS data is accessed via a web connection.  ADs can quickly schedule team events and then manage them more effectively from anywhere, anytime over a secure internet connection.  Enter real-time schedule information securely via a Windows Smart Client Application. 

Easy and flexible reporting is the available with the Athletic Scheduler. Users can define the reporting parameters with multi-level summary information. With these comprehensive reports, ADs stay on top of team schedules and identify trends or problems.

Schedules can be generated by date range, showing home and / or away events for planning purposes. Event schedules can be printed by team, listing event result and detailed score information, along with multiple opponent information for tournaments and meets. Reminders for officials, workers, and opponent schools can be printed by season, and mailing labels can be created simultaneously. 

Roeing’s Athletic Scheduler tracks the payment of official fees with details of the event and date.  Official state forms are easily generated.

We have partnered with School Datebooks to make the transfer of event information effortless for the user.  The school simply gives School Datebooks an access key provided by Roeing Corporation.  School Datebooks can then access the data for their publication.

The athletic calendar can be published to a school web site in real-time. As part of the subscription, we provide sample code to be placed on the school web site.  This pulls live data from the Roeing Athletic Scheduler automatically. Users will always see the most current information that has been entered, including scores and event results.
