Send and receive Teams messages while the system is open. The system also allows for Teams messages to be connected to the case and become part of the record.

Offline Data Synchronization
Offline data synchronization is crucial in the APS world. APS staff often find themselves in areas where there is either weak and/or no internet connection. During these times, the mobile app stores the data locally on the device. Once a connection is restored, the data is synchronized. There is no more worry of losing data or need to copy and paste your data to a Word document.




E-Signature Capability
Roeing understands how important it is for APS Staff to be able to get signatures while in the field. APSconnect v5.0 allows the signature to be captured on your phone or tablet.








APS Safety Check
APS Safety Check provides an extra layer of protection for your APS staff while they are out in the field. They are able to check in to their home visits on their mobile device. Using unique codes, they are able to enter when they clear a residence, need additional time, or are in danger.

Our APS software integrates a Protective Service Plan (PSP) management feature for creating and administering service plans for vulnerable adults.
